The semis of the champs league was really upsetting.. Most ppl expected a draw for Arse - Man U and more goals for Chelsea - Barca but it was the other way round!! Man U won 1-3 and Barca made it to the finals with the away goal advantage after scoring a late goal just minutes before the game ended.. It was 1-1! I placed bets for both matches and I lost! Even though it wasn't much, but still??? I will never place bets again man.. I think it's true u know.. Most of the time when I'm right, I'm just giving tips to others.. But when I myself place the bets, I'll lose for sure!! I really think I should wash my hands off gambling.. lol

Performance-wise, Man U were great that morning.. Ronaldo was terrific, even though I can't stand him but yea.. haha.. Arse were all over the place! I thought they'd put up a fight at their homeground but nah.. They couldn't get past Man U's defence! As for Chelsea, I feel that they deserved to go to the finals and I think most people would agree with me on this one. One thing I learnt from today's match is even if a team like Barca could thrash another good team like Real Madrid, it doesn't necessarily mean that they could do the same or play as good as they did against another team.. Barca were crackin' up this morning.. Maybe because Henry didn't play, who knows.. Sure, it'd be great to watch Barca compete with Man U for the title but I just feel that they didn't deserve it. One thing's for sure, Barca were just plain lucky they had the referee on their side! They could've lost just by giving away penalties to Chelsea! No one would believe that the referee unintentionally made mistakes by not awarding Chelsea the penalties they deserved.. I loved watching Ballack and Drogba charging at the referee.. They were furious! Drogba even got a yellow card after the game because he kept ranting at the referee! He even said stuff to the camera but I couldn't really make out what he said.. It was something like the viewers saw what happened and the referee was wrong or something, I dunno.. lol.. I won't be surprised if tomorrow's headlines read, "Ref stomped to death at Stamford Bridge!" waaaahahahahaha!!!

Well, if u watched the match, u'll know what I mean.. If u didn't, go watch the repeat telecasts on ESPN.. 7am, 1pm or 1030pm. And don't forget to get a copy of The New Paper's Noon Edition! Ok then.. I need to go to bed now.. haha.. Can't wait to watch Liverpool this weekend! =)

Oh wait! There's something I really have to say.. If it were Liverpool who were in the position of Arse or Barca, I'm sure they'd put up a fight and make a comeback and would win it in style!! hahahaha!!

So.. Who'll be the champs of Europe?? =)
